Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer deep tissue massage?

Yes. I tailor each massage to your needs, whether you prefer gentle relaxation, deep tissue work, or a mix of both. I don’t believe in the “no pain, no gain” approach—my goal is to find just the right amount of pressure to release tension without causing discomfort.

Do you "direct bill"?

I don’t offer direct billing. However, I will provide you with a detailed receipt after your session, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement (if your plan covers massage therapy).

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

How often should I get a massage?

It depends on your needs, goals, and budget. If you’re addressing a specific concern like chronic pain or injury recovery, weekly or biweekly sessions may be most beneficial at first. For general wellness, stress relief, and maintenance, many clients find that a massage every 4–6 weeks helps them feel their best. We can discuss a schedule that works for you after your first session.
